All Hypnosis is self hypnosis- If you have ever driven home and did not remember driving you were hypnotized. If you ever watched a movie and was not aware of what was going on around you –you were hypnotized. If you ever played an arcade games and no ones can get your attention you were hypnotized. With hypnosis you can make changes that you want. You can become more focused, clear up past memories so that your outlook on the future is better, improve any skill you want. Be it mentally, physically,. All this can be done with hypnosis. When you are hypnotized it is like you are in a deep state of relaxation and in this deep state of relaxation is when you can suggest ideas, possibilities (plant seeds) to grow. You can not plant just any suggestion It has to be truthful to you. If it is not you will reject the suggestion.

The hypnotist just guides the client where the client feels he/she needs to go. The actual work is done by the client with the help of the hypnotist. So when you feel you would like to make rapid changes or improve skills or remove some blocks that are standing in your way- Contact a skilled hypnotist- One that has the education, integrity and your trust. You need to resonate with your hypnotist in order for rapid change to take place.

Hypnosis can be conducted via the telephone if you are not close enough for a one on one session. I do either. Contact me for an appointment and to find out more information and rates.
